Artist Statement
My work originates from a distinctive pattern inspired by the vascular malformation I was born with. The vascular structure of my body symbolizes my own existence, while also mirroring the complex, entangled structures of society.
I regard this deviation not as a mere defect, but as a form of heresy. And heresy, I believe, becomes a source of new energy.
Energy does not emerge from uniformity. It arises from difference, friction, and the force that resists the norm.
In the Energy Virus series, I render these energies through the metaphor of a virus. Energy propagates, multiplies, and transforms as it moves between people and through society.
My work makes this invisible flow of energy visible.
Heresy generates energy.

Artist Statement
私の作品は、生まれつき持つ血管奇形から着想を得た独自のパターンを起点としている。身体の血管構造は、私自身の存在を象徴すると同時に、複雑に絡み合う社会の構造とも重なって見える。
私は、この逸脱を単なる欠陥ではなく、一種の異端として捉えている。そして異端は、新しいエネルギーの源になると考えている。
エネルギーは均質な状態からではなく、差異や摩擦、規範に抗う力の中から生まれる。
「Energy Virus」シリーズでは、こうしたエネルギーをウイルスのメタファで描く。エネルギーは人と社会のあいだを伝播し、増殖し、変化しながら動いていく。
私の作品は、目に見えないエネルギーの流れを可視化する。
異端。エネルギー。
